Refund policy

You have 30 days to return your shoes upon their arrival. We’ll gladly accept them back, whether they’re not a good fit, aren’t what you needed, or if you simply just don’t like them.

If you purchase Redo returns coverage at checkout, you are eligible to return your item for no return shipping cost. All other returns are a flat rate of $10. Head to our Returns & Exchanges page and you will be provided a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without following our return instructions or first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge. Head to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and completed your return. Upon confirmation of receipt, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
