Returns & Exchanges

At MISE, we offer a 30-day trial period for purchases made on our website. If your shoes aren’t a good fit, don’t meet your needs, or simply aren’t what you expected, we’ll gladly accept them back within 30 days. See our terms based on your country of residence below.

US Returns & Exchanges

We make returns and exchanges easy. You can:

  • Exchange your shoes for a different size, style, or due to any defect—completely free.
  • Return your shoes for store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • Return your shoes for a refund:
    • If you purchased Redo Free Returns + Package Protection coverage at checkout, all return fees are covered.
    • Without Redo, there’s a flat $10 restocking fee. 

Please ensure you follow our return instructions. Returns sent without following our instructions won’t be accepted.

We do not process returns or exchanges for MISE products purchased at other retailers. Please contact the store where you originally made your purchase.

International Returns

For international customers, we accept returns for refunds only. We do not process exchanges at this time. Return shipping costs may vary based on the return options below.

  • If you purchased Redo Free Returns + Package Protection coverage at checkout, return shipping is free.
  • Without Redo, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please be sure to follow our return instructions to ensure your return is accepted. Any packages deemed undeliverable by the courier are the responsibility of the customer and may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and completed your return. Upon confirmation of receipt, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember that it can 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
