Our new bio-based, recycled leather uppers boast a scratch-resistant matte finish, combining understated style with a lighter environmental footprint.

Sizing & Fit

We offer EU sizes instead of US sizes to provide a more inclusive size range, with a fit that’s more like your favorite athletic sneaker than a kitchen clog. Use our size guide to find your ideal fit.

  • The Relaxed offers a roomier fit (EE-width), making it ideal for higher-volume feet or those prone to swelling.

  • Narrow feet? Consider The Standard for a snugger fit.

Shipping & Handling

MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.

  • No Rush (7 business days): $5
  • Express (3 business days): $20

Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial period. If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge.

If you purchase Redo returns coverage at checkout, you are eligible to return your item for no return shipping cost. All other returns are a flat rate of $10.

    Amazing product and customer service

    Excellent shoes, comfortable and stylish. The customer service was incredible. The first pair I received didn’t fit, so I exchanged them. The second package took longer than expected, so I reached out to ask about it. They immediately sent a replacement package. In the end, the first package finally arrived, and they told me I could keep both pairs. Very professional and kind!

    This is the show you’ve been looking for.

    After about 2 months of regular use my Relaxed Fit pair did have an issue with stitching falling apart.

    One simple email to customer service and a couple pictures of the issue later and I had a gift card in my email to replace the shells.

    Great great job Mise.

    Mind Blowing Customer Service!!!

    Here's the story in a nutshell...

    The first pair I purchased fell apart after 6 months of daily use.

    I contacted customer service. They asked for pictures.

    One look at those pictures... and with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. No Hassle. Nothin!

    They replaced my shells free of charge.

    How awesome is that?

    I will be buying all of my future restaurant shoe needs from MISE!

    I had an issue with my first pair of Relaxed. Contacted customer service on the Saturday (21st) before Christmas. MISE got back to me SUNDAY morning (very cool). I sent some pictures of my issue and 20 minutes later I received a gift card to replace them. I got my new pair on the Christmas Eve. MISE's customer service cannot be beat! Thanks again!
