An all-encompassing kitchen shoe designed for culinary athletes who value style and performance, without compromising comfort. The Standard combines years of research and testing, meticulous development, and a unique modular design to offer easy cleaning, optimum safety and durability, and athletic performance. The oil- and water-resistant full-grain leather upper and non-slip TPU outsole protects against kitchen spills and sharps. And our signature modular design features removable Insoles and Shells for easy cleaning and replacement.

Sizing & Fit

We use EU sizing instead of US sizing to provide a more inclusive fit and a wider range of sizes—we suggest using our size guide to assist in finding your ideal fit.

Designed for a snug, athletic fit—ideal for those who want a performance-oriented shoe. If you have wider feet or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend trying The Relaxed. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Shipping & Handling

MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.

  • No Rush (7 business days): $5
  • Express (3 business days): $20

Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

As The Standard OG is at the end of its production run, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size and be certain of your purchase before placing an order.

    Great shoe

    I’m a career bartender of almost seventeen years this November! I originally bought the relaxed fit, upon arrival I realized they were for a wider foot! I did a bit of research and saw the standard fit is what I was looking for! Quick exchange an a week later my new pair was here! I can’t express how great these bad boys are! They are snug, comfy, and sharp! I bought the white ones, I know … bold! But boy I love them!

    Been doing this for years in the wrong footwear but, no longer! Excited to see how they hold up life span wise, other than that! Grab some! Your feet, back, and knees will thank you
